The lady that checked me in after a long day on the road was absolutely fantastic. She made it feel like I was talking to afriend I hadn't seen for awhole. She answered a couple qustions I had (like the nearest gas station and a place to get a bite to eat). My room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast had enough options that I left with enough of what I wanted a full. The towels in the bathroom were some of the softest I have experienced as well which was nice.

Great location and phenomenal staff at the hotel. Things could have been better kept and cleaner but it appeared that there really wasn’t a lot of staff at a time so I understand. Water in the hot tub in pool area was discoloured so we didn’t want to let the kids in there but other than that we had a great time and really appreciated how accommodating the staff was with bringing extra towels and blankets for the kids.

The very friendly & helpful staff members. All of them were excellent! The facilities were adequate or better. For sound, it was like a tomb inside the hotel...very quiet which I loved. Parking was easy & there was lots of it. My bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in. I found it difficult to get out of it! :-)

The staff were incredibly pleasant while being very efficient! The room was also very nice - I greatly enjoyed the in-room hot tub which I don't get to experience very often anymore with all of the Covid cutbacks!

Breakfast was decent, ambiance very nice, friendly staff, liked that the room windows open to allow fresh air in, very quiet in room, hot tub has powerful jets.

Huge room. Disability bathroom was nice and roomy. I like rooms with coffee and fridges. As I was there for hospital procedures the location was perfect. Easy to find and get to on main road down the street from hospital. Breakfast good. Beds very comfortable.

I liked the main lobby. It had lots of room to spread out at breakfast. Breakfast was good, and I liked how they had it written down on a big chalkboard the entire week's breakfast menu.
